🌍 1. Hosting & Infrastructure

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your data is handled securely and transparently in accordance with UK law (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).

Our core services, APIs, and web servers are proudly hosted and operated from Kent, United Kingdom.

🛡️ 2. Data Storage & Security

Your privacy is our top priority. All platform data is securely stored using MongoDB (hosted by www.mongodb.com), an industry-leading database provider.

We employ strict security measures. Your workspace configurations, flight schedules, and personal settings are strictly siloed and can only be accessed by you and the authorized users you explicitly invite. Sensitive credentials are mathematically hashed and salted.

📂 3. What Data Do We Collect?

To provide you with seamless authentication and flight management tools, we collect the bare minimum data required to run the service. When you use Richard Productions, we save the following information:

• Discord Information: Your Discord ID, Username, and Avatar Icon URL (for authentication and display purposes).
• Roblox Information: Your Roblox ID and Username (to link your in-game operations to the dashboard).
• Flight Planner Data: The schedules, settings, and workspace configurations you actively create on your operations panel.
• Security Data: Your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) secret key, which is securely stored as a cryptographic hash.
• Account Analytics: Your account status (Active/Inactive) and a timestamp of when you were "Last Active" to manage inactive accounts.
• Temporary Login Data: A temporary list of the Discord servers you administer. (Note: This `tempLoginData` is strictly used to verify your permissions and is automatically purged from active memory immediately after you log out of the website).

⚖️ 4. Your Rights & Data Erasure

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the absolute right to control your personal data, including the right to be forgotten.

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently remove your data within the legally mandated 30-day timeframe.

🚦 5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

By utilizing our services, you agree not to misuse the Richard Productions API or dashboard. You agree to the following:

• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or launch denial-of-service attacks against our infrastructure.
• You will not use our platform to distribute malicious scripts, exploit code, or bypass the Terms of Service set forth by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.
• You are solely responsible for managing the permissions of your workspaces and who you authorize as staff members.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

☁️ 6. Service Uptime & Availability

We aim to keep Richard Productions online 99.9% of the time. However, as our services are hosted within a home network environment, there may be times when our network provider experiences outages out of our control, which will cause the services to temporarily go offline.

Additionally, planned maintenance—such as server or network upgrades at our home facility—will occasionally disrupt the service. In the event of a power outage, we have an emergency Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) in place to protect the server and network. The UPS can keep the services online for up to 20-50 minutes (depending on the load and charge), and we aim to keep it fully charged at all times.

🛡️ 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Richard Productions (and its operators) shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

This includes, but is not limited to: loss of Roblox groups, moderation actions taken against your Roblox games, loss of flight schedule data, or business interruptions. You use the service and integrate the scripts into your Roblox games entirely at your own risk.

🇬🇧 8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
